If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return the items for free within 14 days in the Netherlands. Click here to register your return. If your order consists entirely of discounted items, €6.95 in return costs will be charged.

Register Return

Returns in our store

It is possible to return your webshop purchases in our store. When returning in the store, you must bring the invoice that you received with the delivery. In addition, you must bring the undamaged and unworn items in the original packaging (including cards and labels). You hand in the items at the checkout while presenting the invoice. If you have returned the items, the amount will be refunded within 5 working days through the used payment method.

Return with PostNL & DHL

It is also possible to return the items with PostNL or DHL. We do not charge any return costs for returns within the Netherlands. (If your order consists entirely of discounted items, €6.95 in return costs will be charged.)
Make sure the items are complete, undamaged and unused (fitting is allowed). The article must also have the original cards and labels. Also see the return conditions. If you want to return items, please proceed as follows:
1. Register your return on this page and create a return label
2. Add the items together with the form in the LUTZ shipping box
3. Place the printed return label on the shipping box.
4. Deliver the package to the chosen parcel point, PostNL or DHL. Keep the receipt with the track & trace code you receive. Returns are at the buyer's risk. This means that LUTZ is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. Therefore, always ask the post office for a 3S number or tracking code and keep it safe!

Return conditions

1. The articles must be complete and undamaged.
2. The items come with original cards and labels.
3. The articles must not be used and must not have been worn (fitting is allowed).
4. The items must be returned within 14 days (after the receipt or collection date of the order).
5. The return form must be completed in full.
6. We ask you to use the original packaging.
7. The shoe boxes must be undamaged.

Exchange your webshop purchases

If you want to exchange a webshop purchase, we advise you to return the item in question and place a new order.

Refund

The refund will take place within 5 working days after checking your return. The amount will be transferred to the account number you specified. If you have not received a refund after 5 working days, please contact our administration on 0297-212121 or send an email to shoponline@lutz.nl
