If the country you order from is not listed, please contact us at (shoponline@lutz.nl). We will inform you personally about the delivery fee for that address and try our best to make sure you will receive the desired product(s).

*By placing an order you agree to pay the applicable customs duties and taxes imposed by your country. We ship to almost every country in the world, with a few specific exceptions where particular circumstances apply.

Delivery time

We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. All orders placed before 4:00 PM on Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. If you place an order on Sunday your order will be shipped on Monday. After you have placed an order you will receive a Track & Trace code to track your order.

Pick up in our store

You can also choose to pick up your order for free in our store. If you have indicated that you want to collect the order in our store, we will communicate this with our sales advisors as soon as possible. This way, you can pick up your order that same day! Bring a valid ID (passport, ID card or driving license).

Items not available

LUTZ strives to have all ordered items in stock. In the unlikely event that an item is no longer available, you will be notified by email as soon as possible. You can choose to cancel the order for this item or select another item. If you have found a replacement item, we will settle the value of this item with the value of the cancelled item. If you have not been able to find a replacement item, the amount of your order will be refunded within five working days.
