Saving royalties at LUTZ

We treat all our customers as royalty. Save for store credit with our savings system. 

How do I earn royalties?

At LUTZ, you automatically save for royalties with every purchase you make in the store. Online, you save royalties when you create an account. For every €25 you spend, you receive a royalty worth €1. With royalties, you can save for shopping credit.

Where can I spend my royalties?

Royalties can only be spent at LUTZ. You can spend your royalties both online and in-store. If you want to return the royalties online, you can do so in the shopping cart or during the checkout process. At the bottom of both pages, you will find a golden button: redeem royalties. This button displays your Royalty credit and offers the possibility to redeem the number of royalties of your choice. Enter the amount of royalties you want to spend and press the redeem button. In the overview of your order, the discount of the subtotal amount is calculated. If you decide not to spend the royalties, you can remove them by using the cancel button.

What is my Royalty credit?

You can see the balance of your royalties in ‘my account’. You can also always contact us for more information about this.

- With every €25 you spend at LUTZ, you will receive a royalty worth €1. With royalty, you automatically save for shop credit.
- An account or bonus card is not necessary.
- Royalties are not paid in cash.
- You will not receive any royalties on discounted items and promotions.
