It is a physical card that will be sent by post to the address you provided. The gift card is valid in the store and on LUTZ.nl.

We do not charge shipping costs for orders from € 50 within the Netherlands. For orders under €50 we charge €3.95. Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday to Monday will be shipped on Tuesday.
Returns are possible up to 14 days after receipt or collection date. We charge € 6.95 return costs for discounted items. Exchange/return in our store is free. Read here more.
