Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive confirmation within one hour at the email address you provided. This confirmation states the ordered items, your details and the order information. If you have not received a confirmation after an hour, it may be that the confirmation has ended up in your junk email or spam folder. If you contact us about your order, please have your order number ready.

What is the status of my order?

As soon as we have processed your order, you will receive a track & trace code in your inbox. With this code you can track your package. If you have any further questions about the status of your order, you can always contact us via email on shoponline@lutz.nl or you can call 0297-212121.

Can I still cancel or change my order?

It is possible to change or cancel your order. For example, if you are not completely sure about your purchase afterwards or you want to change the size. Do this as soon as possible or before 4 p.m. To change or cancel your order, please contact one of our employees via our email shoponline@lutz.nl or by calling 0297-212121. We are available from Tuesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Can I change the delivery address if the order has already been placed?

Yes, that's possible! Please contact one of our employees as soon as possible via our email shoponline@lutz.nl or by calling 0297-212121. It is also possible to make a change using the PostNL app. You can have your package delivered to a PostNL location.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes, we are happy to pack your order for you! On the shopping cart page, you will find a golden button ‘Gift Service’. Add a personal message and click save. It is possible to have your order delivered to someone else. Simply tick 'I have a different billing address' during checkout. The invoice will, of course, not be sent with the gift.

Can I order from abroad?

Yes, that's possible. You can select a different country on the checkout page. If your country is not listed, please contact us. We will look at the possibilities together.

Can I order a gift card?

It’s nice that you want to make someone else happy with a gift card from LUTZ. On this page, you can find all gift cards from €25 to €500. If you prefer a different amount, please contact us via our email shoponline@lutz.nl or call 0297-212121.
