How does returning ordered items work?

If you want to return items, please follow these steps:

  • 1. Complete the return form.
  • 2. Add the items together with the completed form in the LUTZ shipping box (note the return conditions!).
  • 3. Stick the return label on the shipping box and hand it in at a PostNL point, free of charge.
  • 4. Save the track & trace code you receive.

• Are there any costs associated with returning my order?

We charge €4,95 for returns within the Netherlands.

• Can discounted items be returned?

Yes, it is allowed to return discounted items.

How do I get a refund after returning?

Refunds will be made within 5 working days upon receipt of your returned items. The amount will be refunded through the used payment method. If you have not received a refund after 5 working days, please contact our administration by calling 0297-212121 or sending an email to shoponline@lutz.nl

Can I return my online order in the store?

Yes, that's possible. However, the amount will be refunded through the used payment method.

Can I also exchange an item?

If you want to exchange an item, we advise you to return the item in question and place a new order.
