When can I pay with a discount code?

We provide discount codes for special promotions. Discount codes are only valid for online purchases. You can enter your discount code on the shopping cart or checkout page. Discount codes are not valid in combination with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

What payment options does the LUTZ have?

You can pay safely and securely in our webshop with iDEAL | Wero, credit card, PayPal, Klarna Bancontact and Sofort.

Can I pay afterwards?

Yes, that’s possible. At checkout, you can choose to pay with Klarna afterwards or to pay with Klarna in 3 terms.

How can I redeem my Royalties?

You can spend your royalties both online and in-store. If you want to return the royalties online, you can do so on the shopping cart page or during the checkout process. At the bottom of both pages, you will find a golden button: 'redeem royalties’. This button displays your Royalty credit and offers the possibility to redeem the chosen number of royalties. Enter the amount of royalties you want to spend and press the redeem button. In the overview of your order, the discount of the subtotal amount is calculated.

Is it possible to pay with the LUTZ gift card?

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to pay online with a LUTZ gift card. You can use the gift card in our store.

Until when is the LUTZ gift card valid and where can I spend it?

A LUTZ gift card is valid indefinitely and can be redeemed in the store.

Do the prices stated on the website include or exclude VAT?

The prices on LUTZ.nl include VAT.
