Is the online collection the same as the collection in the store?

Yes! You can try on all items that we display on LUTZ.nl in the store. However, the outlet is not displayed in the store outside of the sale period. Have you found an item online that you would like to try on? We can always find it for you.

The item I want is sold out; will it be back in stock?

If the item is no longer in stock online, it is unfortunately no longer available in the store. We cannot say for sure whether an item will be back in stock. On lutz.nl you can click on 'notify as soon as available' for the product in question. Fill in your email address and the size and you will be notified by email as soon as the item is back in stock.

Can I reserve an item?

It is not possible to make a reservation online. You can always contact us by emailing shoponline@lutz.nl or calling 0297-212121.

Can I notify you of my change of address?

If you have changed your address, for example, due to a move, you can change the address in your account. You can always send an email to shoponline@lutz.nl.
