Can I order from abroad?

Yes, that's possible. You can select a different country on the checkout page. If your country is not listed, please contact us. We will look at the possibilities together.

When will I receive my order?

If you order on Monday to Friday before 4:00 p.m. or before 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, it will be shipped the same day! If you place an order on Sunday, it will be shipped on Monday. In many cases, your order will be delivered the next working day by PostNL. You can follow your order with the track & trace code you receive as soon as your order has been shipped.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

LUTZ does not charge shipping costs for any orders from €70 within the Netherlands. In Germany and Belgium, we deliver for free from €100. For orders under €70, we charge €3.95 for shipping.

Which delivery options can I choose?

You can choose to send with PostNL or you can pick up your package at our store in Vinkeveen.
