What should I do if I am not satisfied?

We do our best to provide you with the utmost service. However, it is possible that you are not completely satisfied. In this case, please contact one of our employees by emailing shoponline@lutz.nl or calling 0297-212121. We will look for a suitable solution together.

• I have received a wrong or damaged item. How do we solve this?

You are entitled to a good product. If an item breaks through no fault of your own, we will gladly fix it as soon as possible. Please contact one of our employees by emailing shoponline@lutz.nl or calling 0297-212121. We will ensure that you receive the correct item free of charge or that the damaged item is repaired or replaced (if possible).

What do I do if I have not received my order?

If you have not received the order within 5 working days, we ask that you contact us to trace the order. Send an email to shoponline@lutz.nl or contact us by phone on 0297-212121. We are available from Tuesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. We use the track & trace code to find out where your order is. We will keep you informed.
